This is our family's third Nissan Frontier. My son has owned two and my 2019 is the one that had it's first 5,000 mile oil change done on. I enjoyed driving his so much on occasions when my older car brok owned two and my 2019 is the one that had it's first 5,000 mile oil change done on. I enjoyed driving his so much on occasions when my older car broke down, I knew I needed to get one when the time came to buy a new vehicle. The service department is here is awesome so even though I financed it through my credit union that works with an out of town dealer on internet sales, I bought a service policy that I was able to use at this local dealer where my son goes and where I've brought his trucks in to be serviced. Dustin and Carmen are both very courteous, kind and professional represenatives in the service dept. that I've worked with. Thanks for getting my truck serviced so quickly. More

The dealership is fine and so are the Service area agents. I brought my car in to have a recalled item replaced. The business part of the job was fine but the actual service left much to be desired. Everything seemed to be fine. The next day I was out with a friend and suddenly I realized that I had to put extra pressure on the brakes to stop the car. I turned around and headed for home because that was scary. I thought my brakes were failing . By the time I got home I had to push the brake completely down to the floor Before I stopped. Very scary indeed. I called The dealership immediately and they said to bring the car in 1st thing Monday and they would fix whatever caused the problem. I drove very slowly to the Dealership and stayed far back from anyone in front of me. Service told me that some type of pressure seal did not hold and caused the problem. They took it in immediately and fixed it. I do not know if this was just a freak occurrence or someone dropped the ball but I hope I never experience it again. All Other service I've had there would be rated 5 star More
