Service writer great! Dirty sloppy tech My maxima is under warranty and I brought in for a battery check. Although I appreciate the dealership getting me in and out in a day Sean was great w My maxima is under warranty and I brought in for a battery check. Although I appreciate the dealership getting me in and out in a day Sean was great w communication and delivering me to work and back. The tech that worked on my car was sloppy. I normally have a good experience but I had to clean my steering wheel, shifter, door, seat and hood from grease absolutely disgusting. There was also corrosion cleaner all underneath the hood and all over my headlight. I take care of my vehicle its 2017 and it's a lease so I expect the dealer to when I bring in for routine service. I was getting and oil change tire rotation and air filter while the car was there. And the Air Filter was installed incorrectly with gills from the filter hanging out of the case. And I'm missing tire caps from my wheels. Luckily I have a bit of knowledge to fix the air filter but I wonder if everything else was done properly definitely my worst experience this far at this dealership. I dont appreciate people not checking and sloppy work when I'm am paying for out of warranty work. Hopefully warranty work was done right. Unfortunately they were unable to solve the issues. They said they drove the vehicle and couldn’t get it to do what I described. So when it does it again bring it in. My problems were: doors would unlock periodically while driving and my Emergency flashers would activate periodically by themselves for about 10 seconds. More
