Kevin, Thank you for the feedback. I had the chance to speak with Amy in detail yesterday when she was here and she shared with me her frustrations as well. I apologize that we did not live up to our mission statement which happens to be "We are only doing our job properly when we create an experience for which the customer returns to do business with us again."
