Nissan is the issue not the dealer Pathfinder has new "safety" braking system that has almost caused 3 different accidents by braking for no apparent reason. It is unsafe to drive. Dealer said it can be shut off, but then the cruise control also will not work! This is unacceptable. I will be shopping a different car that does not have this new feature. More

Disappointment! I asked for an oil change and tire rotation. Specifically asked not to fill my washer fluid (as I have my own) as we head north and don’t want it to f I asked for an oil change and tire rotation. Specifically asked not to fill my washer fluid (as I have my own) as we head north and don’t want it to freeze. They told me, after inspecting the car, that I needed a new air filter. I declined stating my husband would take care of it. I arrived at home and found I was missing a valve cap on the one tire. Decided to check the air filter and discovered they took it out and never put it back when I said I didn’t want them to replace it. The windshield washer fluid was filled to the top. Needless to say I was very unhappy. I drive 45 minutes to come here so was not returning. I called my sales rep who said the blue washer fluid is safe for a northern visit. No way....it’s just water. He wanted to try and mail me an air filter. No way...,I am not driving around without one waiting for his to arrive. He offered a free oil change. Not sure I will use it as I am not comfortable with the service. More
