If this method is all JD then you should train others in his steps, But not just JD. I met several others including finance person... all very accommodating and sincere. service experience I have been a Nissan customer for over 10 yrs and always with Firkins. 2 yrs ago I bought a new Nissan and part of the deal was 6 free oil changes, I have been a Nissan customer for over 10 yrs and always with Firkins. 2 yrs ago I bought a new Nissan and part of the deal was 6 free oil changes, Went to the dealer and discovered it had a new owner and the lady in the service dept. looked at the card for my 5th oil change and said, "this is a Firkins card so what makes you think you can use it?" My reply was it was part of my deal and I would think the new owner would honor it. So after a short discussion she said she would check with the manager and I said, "just do it and let me know when you are finished." At the end she said the manager would it honor it for this one time. The attitude from her leads me to never go get a another Nissan from this dealership, never go back for service and to let anyone who asks what I think. More
