EXCELLENT DEALERSHIP - VERY GOOD SERVICE DEPARTMENT I bought a 2018 Nissan Frontier Crew Cab Long Bed from this dealer in Septemebr 2018 and it was an excellent experience,! They had the only Frontie I bought a 2018 Nissan Frontier Crew Cab Long Bed from this dealer in Septemebr 2018 and it was an excellent experience,! They had the only Frontier Crew Cab with a long bed within 300 mikes of my home in Venice 30 miles south of Bradenton. When I got there I found out that the interior was that steel blue color that I was not very exceited about, as I thought that white Frontiers came with the light tan fabric interior and rather than have to look at steel blue for the next 5-6 years I decided to wait ! These guys were not going to let the deal die and offered me a tan leather interior at no aditional charge, and along with a maximum trade in value on my 2011 Frontier with 135K mile son it, and maximizing the current manufacturer incentives, and some aggressive discounts by the dealer too, I was able to get out the door with exactly the vehicle I wanted brand new a $32K MSRP truck for less that $20K including sales tax and fees OUT THE DOOR. Thye wanted my business, they executed perfectly and professionally, and were a plesure to deal with, with none of that multiple trips to the sales manager BS, great company and I'll be back ther ein 5 years for my 4th Frontier ! The service depatment is equally personable, professional and accommodating, and I would give then 5 stars but for but for a couple of issues ! 1) it has been repeatedly difficult to get through to the service department by phone to make simple appointments for things like oil changes etc., oftern times having to call back several times, getting a call back several hours later a couple of times, once there they are quick and accomodating but it shouldn't be that difficult to get there 2) I've had 2 oil changes there (one with a rotation (which they comped me for the delay) but both times were well over an hour wait going on 1.5 hours and although the waiting room is very clean comfortable and pleasant and well stocked with TV water coffeee etc. I run a business and time is money and I'm sorry but 1.5 hours fro an LOF is way too long based on years of experience with Nissan service departmetns, 3) this one almost made it a 5 by intelf. Imediately upon buying the vehicle I noticed a bad vibration in my vehicle at relatively high speeds 75-86 mph and asked them to look at it under warranty - they agreed with me that it was likely a balancing issue told ne it would take 2 hours and it did right on the money which is fine as that's a lot of work balancing 4 wheels and it resolved the issue perfectly - the problem is this was my 2nd 2 hour appointment following my 2nd LOF at 10K miles - the first one was after my first LOF at 5K where they argued that if it was a balancing issue I would feel it at all speeds and that they could not reproduce the issue on a road test (of course - they are several miles west of I75 the only highway you could test it at thiose speeds) - the difference was on the 2nd visit I was lucky enough to have the service manager there who was extremely thorough and professional and agree to start with rotating the tires which I expected was the issue all along, and had they just done it on the first go around it would have saved me and them a lot of time and aggrevation ! THIS IS A 5 STAR DEALERSHIP AND SERVICE DIVISION I am only writing this so they hopefully will read it and tighten up the few minor things I experienced because a company this good would want to do that whcih is why they send out these surveys !
