I would NEVER recommend purchasing a vehicle from Nissan in Union City. I had purchased a vehicle from them in February of this year, took it back to them a week later to replace a headlight that had conden in Union City. I had purchased a vehicle from them in February of this year, took it back to them a week later to replace a headlight that had condensation after it had rained. Got the vehicle back with the front bumper dropped, missing the top clips that hold it up. They said they will order a new bumper and will call me when it comes in to schedule the install. Every two weeks or so I would call or drop by to follow up on it and would consistently be told the bumper was on back order. It is now November, NINE MONTHS LATER, NOTHING. I'm so done with them. I will be getting the bumper done elsewhere and will NEVER in my lifetime, recommend anyone to this farce of a company. Bad business. 👎🏾 More
They can call you and send you things in the mail to trade your car in but can't be there when you need them. I brought a brand new 2016 Nissan Maxima from there December 23, 2022. My car only have 58k miles yet the transmission died while driving home from work. Then came back on. My car has been serviced on time by them since I bought my car. I dropped it in August 29, 2022and yet I don't have my car to this day.I have read on many sites and places they give loaners. I asked my advisor about one. He told me they don't, but can get a rental for about $45 a day. I have been renting cars to get to work to the tune of $1100. I don't have money like that, so been killing my savings because I have to get to work. I am stressed and now fallen into depression behind it. I have sent emails to nissan USA, Nissan, customer service, bbb and all. I have told everyone to not get a Nissan or because of the transmission issues. I will say my advisor is friendly and calls back. But the manager haven't ever. I am at the end of my rope in many ways. They not caring. I was too get my car detailed and never got a call back. I paid for it and it was never corrected. I don't feel like the valued customer when I went from a 12 altima to a 14 altima to a 2016 Maxima. Yet I can't get help with an issue with nissan. I was looking to buy a new car but it be from there no time in the future. I am stressed and feel myself being deeper depressed and worried. My pressure is high because of nissan negligent parts. My life 😔 Again how can a car with consistent maintenance do this and I feel alone in the battle. My advisor again is great with reaching out but the service overall of getting more calls and better outcomes are my concerns. My paid off car didn't have these problems till it became that way. I will stay far away from buying one or leasing another. Why me 🤦🏾♂️? Again my advisor is the greatest it's the other things dealing with the car and service overall, not of my advisor. Never again will I buy another Nissan car especially cause of the transmission/CVT. (9/29 UPDATE I just got my car back FINALLY.) More

When I came to pick my car up, they said I could not use the $99 and no manager was available to dispute forcing me to pay $99 more. I have left several messages for the service manage and the general manager and have not received one response. I completed the online customer service form stating my issue...a salesperson called asking if I wanted to buy a call. EACH time we have gone to this location there have been issues either with them trying to overcharge or leaving stuff off the vehicle resulting in us having to return. This was our LAST visit. I recommend you driving to Newnan or any other location than this one, NISSAN OF UNION CITY IS TERRIBLE!! More
I recently went to this dealership where I was offered a approval for a 2017 Nissan Altima. I was reading in my 2013 Chevy Malibu and had a down payment of 1500. I was approved signed my contract on that day however I did not leave with the vehicle b/c it had a sticking gear shift and the seats needed detailing. When I went in I had a NC drivers license and told them that I could see about getting GA license during the week as my schedule permitted. Upon going to the DMV I found that I had a few obstacles with getting my license with the 1st being obtaining my birth certificate from CA. I made arrangements to get all the needed documents to make everything happen and kept the dealership informed. It took about 2 1/2 wks. On the Monday prior to me getting my license my sales rep sends a text saying that they needed the loaner back and that once I get my license in hand they could do the deal again!!! AGAIN?? I went on Thursday thinking that everything was going to be smooth sailing. Once there I see the sales rep appraising my car again, calling for another 10 day pay off, and asking for my paystubs again!! Why when my deal had already been completed and my contract signed. Next thing I know I'm recieving alerts from them pulling my credit AGAIN. The rep comes back and states that no one is picking up the loan!!! WHAT??? What happened to the deal I already had?? What happened with the finance company that picked it up the 1st time?? So I leave with my old car and want my down payment. The next day I call the finance company... Long and behold these crooks and liars NEVER SENT OVER THE CONTRACT!! She informed that they had been waiting on the contract and in fact had approved me the second time as well!! KD the sales manager plainly told me that he was going to work the deal once I had my license in hand , HE LIED. The problem was there was more of a lost with what I was approved for and what they had in the car. They were willing to take the lost at first to make the deal but elated not to when I didn't take immediate possession of the car. Then they tried to lie and say I needed a co-signer or more money but that lie fell through because I had signed my contract that same day. Stay far away from this dealership of liars. Even the finance company told me to take it as a sign and go somewhere else!! Yet here it is and I still haven't received my down payment back nor have I heard from Henry Pasveli or Stew Massell More

Sent my car for a diagnostic, was told i would be the first car serviced the following morning. I couldn't get anyone on the phone for an entire week to give me an update or price. Wait time on phone would be 45-60 minutes each call even after calling back right after disconnection. Extremely frustrating and unprofessional. My advisor NEVER answered the phone , not one time I called and her mailbox was at compactly. Princess McGrady is terrible and needs to be reprimanded. This was the worst. Just bad. He was told that he needed a new battery, he paid for that and the problem still exists! He was "guaranteed" the car would be fixed by Tuesday, we are still waiting. Not sure if these people are scammers or just totally incompetent but the service level is unacceptable. I will be filing a complaint with the corporate offices. More
I have been going to this dealership for service since I purchased my truck in 2018. This past Friday I went there for service and noticed my interior back light was on after I got home. I'm not sure why someone was in the BACK seat of my vehicle when the service was UNDER THE HOOD!! I discovered they had stolen some bank papers I had in the pocket behind the driver's seat. I went back on Saturday and the service manager, who really seemed unbothered, called the technician to see if he'd 'seen' any bank papers. Of course he didn't!! HE was under the hood!! I don't believe the technician did it but SOMEONE there did!!! I called the police while I was there to make a report. I will NOT be returning there for service obviously however, they need to look at their cameras to determine who is stealing out of customer cars!! More
I came in on yesterday which was 4/25/22 to get a diagnostic and oil changed. I left their with a piece of my front end hanging off until it came off my car on the highway and I took my car too anoth diagnostic and oil changed. My car had been sitting up for months so my oil looks like it did not need changed when it did and I pay you all for Service Chanel Ross was the person handling my car I feel like your workers are not communicating with each other. I still need my oil changed or my money back and my front end fix as well. I tried to call the manager and I keep getting the voice mail I take it like you all said xxxx me. Oh also I came right back to tell you all about my bumper piece from under the hood and she act like she did not care and told me you go to the Kia maintenance side and the guy said it was nothing he could do he just changed oil and nothing else. My car is a Nissan Altima 2007 SE 3.5 Gold car 4 door Sedan I know my car is old but I payed you all for my service and you all said the xxxx with me. I have left a message with my phone number for the manager and you still have not call me. I am a very unhappy customer and I need a phone call ASAP.
