The Dealership looks great and I couldn't be happier with the customer service! I was comfortable interacting with the salespeople, never felt pushed, and ended up with a great vehicle. Happy with new location in Oconomowoc. Dealership was clean and comfortable. I was waiting for my vehicle to be serviced and the wait was a bit longer than I have experienced at other de Dealership was clean and comfortable. I was waiting for my vehicle to be serviced and the wait was a bit longer than I have experienced at other dealerships. When I looked over my paperwork after I paid for the service it said the promised time was 5pm that day. I had an 830am appt for the service no where on the paperwork did it state I was waiting at the dealership. There was only one other customer in the dealership during my entire 2 hour wait so unsure what went on there. More
