Reggie was so engaging, professional and efficient. He was an absolute pleasure to work with. We brought in a 2015 RAV4 for detailing and when we got it back it looked like a brand new car. It was shiny on the outside and spotless on the inside. We inquired about future service the car needs and found the prices to be very competitive. If I can give this dealership a ZERO I would. Cannot trust this dealership having my car there at least 8-9 times problem after problem all related from Oil leaks, coolant and trans leaks. Unbelievable, service talking nice all xx. Lost trust with this dealership. Promise one thing never heard back. It’s not my job to call and follow up after numerous complaints. They probably just want to brush me off and silent me. I will bring this up to Boucher company upper management so they are aware what’s going on.

My experience with Wilde Nissan is par with many other car dealers I've had experience with in the past, in the area. Unless you get everything, and I mean everything in writing when you first purchase the vehicle, service may turn into a nightmare, especially when warranty items are involved. It wouldn't be a bad idea to take others maybe even a tape recorder along with you when you first buy the car. I purchased a Sentra. I will never buy again from that dealer.
