I went into this dealership to purchase my first car by myself. I usually have someone go with me but I did it on my own this time and they made the experience very welcoming and made my worry less. Philip Graff was so kind that he really put me at ease. Rafael was also very kind and they both showed me respect. As a single woman buying a car, it can get frustrating. From the moment Reggie introduced himself when I walked up to the service desk, he impressed and convinced me that he was there to answer any of my questions and assure me that all service work on my vehic up to the service desk, he impressed and convinced me that he was there to answer any of my questions and assure me that all service work on my vehicle would carried out to my satisfaction by their professional service mechanics. When work was completed he fully explained all work that was carried out and any recommendations related to future service work. Finally, maybe a little thing, but he met me at the exit door, held the door open, walked with me to my car while opening the door and thanking me again for trusting their dealership to service my car.
