Sales manager called later, but he only wanted to play more sales games. "What can I do to make this right?". The answer should have been obvious. Since I'm going to be waiting in the waiting area for most service appointments, it would be nice for there to be one table for me to sit at with my laptop. I work while I'm waiting, and it's much easier for me to use my laptop when it's on a table. More
