We went with our daughter to buy a car from these "fine,upstanding and people and we wanted our daughter to pay as little as possible as she was moving within days to her first full time job in Massachusetts. The dealer told her that if she would make a double payment for the first six month (every two weeks should would make a double payment), she would begin the regular monthly payment at the end of the six weeks (in other words pay each month what she had been paying every two weeks. The sales manager verified this. At the end of six months, Nissan financing sent the payment schedule which continued with bi-weekly payments for what she had paid all along. We went to the dealership and they told us that the two people we had worked with no longer worked there and said there was nothing that could be done. We wound up taking care of one of the two payments per month...in the end we will pay close to $6000 for this lie. Don't...I repeat...don't buy from these a#5%6holes. unless you have money growing on a bush in your backyard! They are really disgusting, vile and less than. human More
Lied to me and cheated me out of $100.00 for NOTHING! I went int o Nissan 112 last Sat (10/11/14). I was looking to purchase a brand new 2014 Nissan Sentra. I loved the car. My mother would co-sign as I am trying to rebuild my credit (she purchased a brand new Maxima from them and paid cash $38,000). She fills out all paperwork at the dealership, and the process begins. BUT, before all that, they ask me for a $100.00 deposit for something that was explained as payment towards the registration, and inspection and all that, but I didn't even agree to purchase the car yet!!! ! Like an IDIOT, I let them debit my account. After being there almost 2 hours and having my mother and I wait in their service area waiting room, they call us in to tell us everything is approved and started explaining the payments, (before that, I told the salesman Danny, what I could afford and wanted to keep the payments at). So, in this room they not only gave me an outrageous car payment, Danny still did not explain to me what the $100.00 was debited for! After I explained that I could not afford those payments, they brought in the BIG sales manager that tried to haggle with me and lower my payments, but it still was not low enough, not even close to what I said I could afford. So, I decided I did not want the car. I asked to have the $$ put back on my card and Danny said it would take 24 hours. Then, because I did not want to purchase the car, Danny stormed out of the room never to be seen again, and left my mother and I there with the BIG boss. Well, I did not get my $$ put back on my card, so on the following Wed(10/13/14), I went into the dealership and asked why it was not done and the sales manager told me he promises that he will put in on the girls desk that does all the refunds! Still not done. Today (Sat 10/18/14), I went there again and asked for my $$. The same sales manager tells me that he put it on her desk last Thursday and does not know why she did not do it! I was told by my bank that it should have been put back onto my debit card that instant when I backed out and didn't want too purchase the car. It would have appeared in a half hour back on my card. It is NOW one week later and NOTING! I know it is only $100.00, but it is MINE! I worked for that $$! I told the sales manager that if it is not on my card on Monday (10/20/14), I will call the police! He tells me "Do what you have to." I stormed out! NOW THAT I SEE THERE ARE SO MANY COMPLAINTS, AND ON THE CONSUMER AFFAIRS WEBSITE AS WELL, I AM GOING TO TELL THAT A*****E, THAT HE BETTER GIVE ME MY $$ THAT MINUTE! AND, I WILL TELL HIM ABOUT PEOPLE PREPARING A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT AGAINST THEM ON THE CONSUMER AFFAIR WEBSITE! More

This experience started out just the same, with me going into the Nissan in Smithtown and speaking to someone about switching from my lease to financing a new vehicle. Throughout the conversation I felt like I was being treated like a child and things that the salesman was saying just weren't adding up so I left. That night I went home and asked my friends on Facebook whether they knew of anyone at a Nissan dealership that I might feel comfortable working with, and a friend of mine told me that she had a great experience purchasing her car from Jason Behlen at Nissan 112, so I decided to give it a try. From start to finish Jason provided excellent customer service, and I left feeling extremely satisfied (I even purchased a new vehicle that day). Jason treated me with respect and was very straightforward. There wasn't any fast talk or sales strategies (I work in sales so I pick up on these tactics quite easily), and I felt like everything being offered to me was fair and without any pressure. I was seriously considering changing my vehicles to a different brand after the previous two experiences I had with Nissan, but Jason changed all of that. I highly recommend him if you are in the market for a new vehicle! More

Bait and switch I got a new car and wanted to put a spoiler on after the purchase. While taking my information I was told that it will be 2hours of labor at $115 an hour rate. I told Mike about the conversation on the phone and the fact that they switching what the had quoted me. He talked to his manager and all he could do was %15 discount. I told them I had made plans week ahead to come there as there were 3 or 4 dealerships closer but not the price they had given me... That didn't make a difference. I told him to go ahead and do the work since I had taken off work for this but I won't be coming back. That didn't phase him either. I am writing this review while I am waiting for my car in their services department. Not going back. More

I drove over 50 miles after communicating with their Internet Manager, Raquel Rodriguez. I was very specific as to which vehicle I wanted (2014 Nissan Rogue Select AWD w/convenience pkg, white or red) and explained to Raquel that this was a cash deal, NO LEASE, NO FINANCE. After Raquel quoted me a price, I asked her are there any hidden fees? Raquel said to me, that there are no hidden fees just add tax and DMV fees to the quoted price. She also said to me that Nissan 112 does not ever use hidden fees what so ever, the price quoted is the price. Before going to the dealership, Raquel assured me that the vehicle I am looking for is in their lot and that she'll have it ready for me. I trusted her candid tone over the phone and made the over 1 hour drive, paid tolls to their dealership. Once I entered, Raquel handed me over to a sales associate, John. John took me to their other lot down the block from them. John couldn't produce the vehicle that Raquel assured me she had on stock. I explained to John that I drove over one hour and if you didn't have the vehicle, you or Raquel had plenty of time to call me in advance and tell me and I would had gladly came back another day. John tells me the vehicle is on the pier. At this point I'm beginning to have my doubts. Then we go back to the dealership so that John can locate the vehicle. John never told me he actually located the vehicle but jumped right into the price. John tells me the price is $250.00 more over quoted price unless I'm willing to finance the vehicle. At this point, I realized that I had been lured to Nissan 112 under deceptive tactics. I went to the dealership with the intent to purchase the vehicle. The price quoted to me was in line with other dealerships had quoted me, so I felt confident that it was a quote that was realistic. I only went to Nissan 112 because I did my homework and wanted to find a dealership that actually had the vehicle that I was going to buy. As a consumer and as a hard working man who saves his money......my only interest is in actually seeing the new vehicle that I want to pay cash for. That is my right as a consumer!!! In summary, DO NOT TRUST RAQUEL RODRIGUEZ. DO NOT TRUST JOHN. AND BY FAR.....DO NOT TRUST NISSAN 112!!! THEY WILL LIE TO YOU TO GET YOU IN THEIR DEALERSHIP. THEY WILL TELL YOU THINGS THAT ARE NOT TRUE. More
Worst service ever. I should have checked this website before going to them. I brought my Nissan quest for a Tune-ups and ends up paying to fix oil leaks and now my car is still leaking after paying over before going to them. Worst transaction with anything I've ever dealt with. Salesperson lied about final lease payment amount and told me not to bat an eye about excess mileage and damage. Lied about what was sent to Nissan and that it was taken care of 3 months later Nissan contacts me to collect $700+. Avoide Nissan 112 and if you're stupid enough to go in there you deserve the terrible treatment. So, if you're looking to be lied to go directly in and ask for Eric Wahlrab, he'll take care of the rest. More
