I recently bought a vehicle (Nissan, pathfinder, 2013) from Nissan 112. The price that was negotiated with the salesman it wasn’t the price in the purchase agreement sheet. I trusted them and the Nissan d from Nissan 112. The price that was negotiated with the salesman it wasn’t the price in the purchase agreement sheet. I trusted them and the Nissan dealer but I guess that was a mistake. Nissan 112 over charged me about $12,000 dollars more than my car worth. The car was sold to me $27,750 dollars and paperwork is saying $39,188 dollars. I went to the dealer to correct the amount that was over charged and they are giving me excuses after excuses and try to avoid me. First they are telling me (finance manager) that it’s because I bought warranty and the Maintenance service that’s why my price went up. I told him to cancel the warranty and the Maintenance if it’s cost me $12,000 dollars. So he cancels the warranty and told me to wait 4 to 6 weeks than you will see the credit in your account (Nissan Motor Acceptance Corporation). I waited 8 weeks nothing was credited back to my account. So I went back to the dealer and talk to the finance Director and he said he will look in to it, and then few days later I got only $2,100 dollars back. Then I went back again and said where is the 12k that was told when I cancel the warranty’s I will get my money back that was over charged, why is only $2,100 why not $12k that I was told before and where is the rest on my money to finance manager. Than he is telling me you’re Warranty and the Maintenance cost about $5,000 dollars not $12K and we only canceled the Warranty and that cost about $2,500 not $12K. So I asked the store manager how do I get the rest of my money back. Then he’s telling me that whatever we sold 6 months ago now we can’t go back, past is passed. So asked what can you do for me because I can’t afford to pay that 12k dollars, than he’s offering me only $1,500 with maintenance for 5 years and said “I don’t want you to come back here anymore”. I didn’t take the offer because it wasn’t close to what the over charged me. More

They bought 4 leases over the years, as repeat customers. Well I tried it and my experience with Nissan 112 was fantastic. I leased a car from a top award sales person, Dennis, who was not only professional but took the time to answer all my questions. He also did multiple test drives and visited the back lot a few times with me to revisit alternative car options. I then went to the insurance person and Paul in finance. Both of those experiences went smooth. None of the negative comments, I read before, occurred with me. As long as you write down all your negotiations om paper, and also know what you want, you should have a very enjoyable experience at Nissan 112. Jim, the manager, was also very helpful and did his best to accommodate my final needs. I assume it is hard to appease every person buyng a car, but out of hundreds of sales, I wonder what the overall rating for this dealership is. Not enough people write good things. I see too much of the other side. I think this dealership is in the 94% of excellent ratings through all of Nissan Corporate and customer responses. I will definitely recommend Dennis to anyone to buy or lease a car. I will re negotiate when my lease is up. More

I highly encourage you to avoid this dealership at all costs! They are such liars and scammers! If you do go there, make sure you get a breakdown of where EVERY penny you are spending is going. I wound up spending an extra $1850 in fees that they didn't tell me about and they also told me they would give me a certain amount of money for my trade in,which they NEVER subtracted from the total cost of the vehicle. When I went back to them they said "Too bad, you signed the papers!" So I also basically gave them a free car. They are sneaky liars. They do not care about making customers happy. More
Sadly, this was a terrible experience for my husband and I. We have bought many used cars in our lifetime. This was the highest pressured, most unethical dealership we have ever encountered. We love the car we purchased, however, we were deceived about the price and despite repeated efforts to contact the dealership to resolve the discrepancy we have received no reply. We would recommend buying a Nissan for sure, but would highly recommend going to a different dealership. We are in the process of filing a complaint with the better business bureau and consulting an attorney to resolve the discrepancy. At this point it is not about the money but about doing what is right and possibly preventing someone else from having this experience. More
Came to NIssan 112 with a situation where I wanted to end a lease 10 months early and also trade in an older non-Nissan vehicle that I was slightly underwater on. I met with Josh Banks and he worked through the numbers with me and got my wife and I into a new 2013 Pathfinder that made sense for us financially. Josh was very attentive, funny, and friendly. Above all, he treated us with respect, which at a car dealership is invaluable. There is no bait and switch and they don't hide the ball on you - Josh was transparent through the process and helped us get into a new car the very same day. I would highly recommend anybody interested in a Nissan, new or used, to work with Josh, as I know I will again hopefully. More
