Major knew my concerns and apprehension regarding making a trade and he knew just who to connect me with. Walt is kind, positive, knowledgeable and actively listened to my concerns and what I needed. After the appraisal, he found EXACTLY what I wanted and saw the process through to the end of the purchase, answering any questions I had with patience and searching out the answers if he didn't have it right then.
