Bought a brand new 2026 Colorado Trail Boss from Nimnicht in March and it's been nothing but problems. Paint issues right off the bat, then a steering defect diagnosed in May that I was told was safe to driv in March and it's been nothing but problems. Shafts got replaced twice and the same issue kept coming back. Truck's now been in the shop over 2 weeks for a 3rd attempt on the same problem, I had to wait days just to get a loaner, and half the time I had to call just to get an update on my own truck. I emailed the GM directly hoping he'd at least talk to me himself. Today I went in expecting exactly that and he never once came out to speak with me. Instead I got his sales manager who didn't really seem concerned or like he actually wanted to solve the problem, just focused on selling me something instead. The service manager told me they had a new fix they hadn't even tried yet and that I'd basically be the test case to see if it actually works, which is not something you want to hear about a steering issue. Then that same night I got a call saying it's fixed. This was my first vehicle purchase from this dealership, and after everything, all they offered was a trade-in that would've cost me thousands more plus a new credit pull. The GM couldn't be bothered to show his face through any of it. Left with nothing resolved. Not the experience I expected as a first time customer here. More
