I did all of my research and negotiating online beforehand with the online manager, Hans, and my salesman Guito. They were fantastic to work with and laid everything out clearly. When I came into the showroom to finalize the paperwork, Guito took over and was incredibly professional. Both Hans and Guito completely honored every single detail of our online agreement—including a phenomenal price and all of my upgraded options—with absolutely zero hassle, hidden fees, or surprise high-pressure sales tactics.
