I bought a car from Niello BMW in Sacramento. When I picked up the car, they provided me with a spare key, but I later found out that the key wasn’t programmed. I would like to add that Niello BMW has since reached out and fully resolved my concern. They covered the cost of programming the key fob, which I genuinely appreciate. Our 2014 BMW was totaled, all the wires in the dash were chewed by mice! We went to Neillo BMW to get the bad news and weren’t planning on buying another car just then, but staff there were so attentive, fr chewed by mice! We went to Neillo BMW to get the bad news and weren’t planning on buying another car just then, but staff there were so attentive, friendly and helpful that we decided to check out some of their used Mini’s and X3’s. We were there for at least 3 or 4 hours and very well taken care of by Fatima and a number of other staff. We ended up buying a beautiful 2021 X3. We love it! I highly recommend Neillo if you are looking for a new or used car. The staff are great, and the service is great! More
