I am an out of state customer, these guys stalled me for two days, they simply would not provide me with a purchase order so I could get them a full payment. First person literally stopped communicating, then I was assigned Tim Larson by the sales manager, Tim was no help, he spent all day telling me he needed to wait for his manager to give me a purchase order, mind you I was not asking for any discount, he also insisted they needed the pull a credit application even though I was using my own bank and money. By the end of day 3 they called me to tell me the car sold. Transparency 0, profesionalism 0, communication skills 0. More

No Owners manual provided. I was told BMW doesn’t provide them anymore. I bought one on EBay. No second key with car. I was told a duplicate had to come from Germany. I got one from the service dept when I brought the car in for minor repair and windshield protection I purchased with vehicle. I emailed the sales mgr prior to this review. No response. More
