The staff at Niello BMW are friendly and helpful when needed. My sales representative Andrey was super helpful and assisted in finding the best car for me. I had an appointment scheduled to fix my windsh needed. My sales representative Andrey was super helpful and assisted in finding the best car for me. I had an appointment scheduled to fix my windshield and the dealership needed to order a new one. I was told to wait for a call from the service department once it was in, but I didn’t receive a call for over one week. I had to call to check on the status of it. The communication with customers, in my experience, is a bit poor. Overall, I would come back to Niello BMW. More
