She always sent mails overnight, even included reply envelope with overnight postage. This is the first time I bought a car online without seeing it first. I was a little anxious at the beginning. We went to the dealership to look at cars. Our salesman Paul did not pressure us at all. He let us knows all of our options with different models and years. He told us up front what we would be Looking at with all the extras that could go along with a sale. The finance manager, Elizabeth kept with the same tone of the sale, explaining everything and even keeping the kids entertained as well. We left the dealership with what we wanted, a price we were comfortable with and an overall feeling of satisfaction with the whole process. We would recommend the dealership to others! More
