If you find something you like, don’t bother with emailing through the site. Go in and see the sales team, there is no pressure and the vehicle will be as nice as it appears online. We went to Niello Acura and were immediately greeted by Chris Knutsen, Sales Consultant and Mary Alouf, Sales Advisor. They showed us the vehicle we saw online and gave us time alone to look it over. After viewing it they answered all our questions and at no point did they try to persuade us to buy it. We reached an agreement on the purchase and followed up with a test drive; it drove as nice as it appeared. Upon returning to the dealership, we were served bottled waters and coffee and they had us in and out in no time. The best part was Mary and Chris treated us like we were purchasing a new luxury vehicle. These days there are plenty of dealerships to purchase a car but very few with quality service.
