I have been a Niello Acura customer since 2004. I have always received superb service from every single person I have ever interacted with. At the top of that list is Gary Smedstad. A true profes I have always received superb service from every single person I have ever interacted with. At the top of that list is Gary Smedstad. A true professional by every measure, he is a joy to work with and I TRUST him to do the right thing for me. Most recently he took care of a significant maintenance issue for me and went above and beyond what was expected. His example and work ethic set him apart and he is someone I rely on to keep my vehicle operating well. If I was going to start my own service department to compete against Niello—which I am not—he would be the first person I would attempt to recruit. Obviously the culture at Niello Acura is one that attracts folks like Gary. The leadership at Niello Acura has built an incredibly wonderful team of standout people who work together seamlessly. Very well done!!! More

Communication was excellent, kept me informed as we moved through the process of leasing 2 cars for my company. Gary Harmon worked tirelessly on getting my company approved for commercial leasing. Ron Thomas was a pleasure to work with handling all the finance and DMV paperwork. Robert was absolutely friendly, efficient, yet professional at the same time. He let me know that I am able to leave my car till I was done with work and even offered the complimentary services th professional at the same time.
