Work Done to 08 Honda Civic I went in to Clare Jeep to have my AC repairs on my 08 Honda Civic. The service department was knowledgeable, attentive and responsive. I needed add I went in to Clare Jeep to have my AC repairs on my 08 Honda Civic. The service department was knowledgeable, attentive and responsive. I needed additional work done to my car and the service manager was very helpful in explaining the issues to me. The work was done quickly, and I was kept informed of the progress. When additional issues arose a few days later they fixed the issue (which was not their fault), at no additional charge. I will be bringing my cars, no matter the make or model, to Clare for all future work needed. The staff was professional, courteous and appreciative of the business. More

Top notch body work on my 2004 Toyota Prius I can't say enough good things about the experience that I had with Tommy Nasser and his colleagues at Clare Dodge Chrysler Jeep of Newport. The work was done faster than I anticipated, under budget, and was of outstanding quality. My 10-year old car looks brand new! Tommy kept me apprised of the status at all times and gave me an outstanding loaner Jeep that was a lot of fun to drive. Overall, my experience with Tommy Nasser and Clare rates a 10 out of 10. More

The first person we worked with was Barbara Azevedo the internet manager. She is a peach of a person. Extremely knowledgeable about any vehicle & gets back with you immediately about any questions you may have. Clare's is a class act dealership!!! It was amazing to watch how the whole dealership works together as a team to make your experience a pleasant one. No high pressure techniques...... Clare's wants to see you in a car that gives you the most pleasure & works for your particular needs: whether it be more space for your family, low mileage for a long commute, or just having fun in the woods with your Jeep . Clare's is where you need to go to find the car of your dreams......... WE DID. We have been to other dealerships & never received the TLC my Mom & I enjoyed Friday June 14 2014 with Mike D'Ambra & the rest of the staff. Mike D'Ambra goes the mile & gives 110% of himself. Thanks for great car at the best price found in three states I mostly worked with Barbara, Robert and Chris who helped me buy a wonderfully maintained pre-owned car. I believe Robert was responsible for helping with the good deal offered and Chris was extremely knowledgeable about the car and useful in the follow-up. Mike pleasantly managed most of the paperwork. Barbara however, went above and beyond to ensure I was satisfied with every step of the process, from the initial call regarding the car that I was interested in on the Internet ad to driving off the lot and beyond! She was sensitive to my needs, patient with my many questions and assisted throughout. She was reassuring that any concerns I had would be taken care of to my satisfaction and did a great job with coordinating and following through to that end. The only think that is not completed is receipt of the title, which i will continue to patiently wait for from the registation. Thanks team for a great car from a very satisfied customer! More
