She has since written me emails and thanked me profusely for doing business at Newnan Peachtree Chrysler. My only complaint was that my car did not have an owners manual in it. It had to be ordered. That is not the dealerships fault though. That is a Chrysler problem. My car has alot of bells and whistles though and I do not know how to operate them yet because I have not received my book. I would recommend this dealership though. They are very anxious to earn your business. More

On November 20, 2013 I decided to buy a brand new Dodge Ram 1500 from Don Jackson in Union City. I chose Don Jackson because it was a closer location. Two months later, I woke up at 6:30 a.m on a Saturday Ram 1500 from Don Jackson in Union City. I chose Don Jackson because it was a closer location. Two months later, I woke up at 6:30 a.m on a Saturday because I got called in to work. 28 degrees and earlier than anyone should be up on a Saturday, I jumped into my truck to head to work. I turned the key and a message came on the digital panel that said "wrong key fob." I called Don Jackson and after sitting on hold for 8 minutes, they put me on the line with a man in the service department that was irritable and acting like I was inconveniencing him. I spent the rest of my morning trying to get the situation handled through Don Jackson. Around noon I was extremely frustrated, missed work, and decided to call the Newnan store. I was greeted by a much friendlier receptionist who told me she would transfer me to Jason. At this point I had an attitude and hopefully by judging the scenario you can understand why, but when Jason got on the the phone he sounded sincerely concerned with my situation. He wasn't able to do anything over the phone, although he made great effort to find a solution. Looking back, it doesn't matter that I still had to get the vehicle towed in and the mechanics probably will fix the vehicle the same way as Don Jackson would have. What does matter is that when I was in a bad situation, Jason and everyone I interacted with at the Newnan store were empathetic, helpful, polite, and just good people. I will certainly share this information with anyone looking to purchase a vehicle and would certainly make my next purchase there. Thank You! More

This dealer has no regard for anything you say. You tell them you're not ready to but, and they start throwing in all these take-it or leave-it offers of payment deferrals and such. Then, after they tried offering me $8,000 for my $12,000 car(KBB & NADA), they have the nerve to ask me for $5,000 to shore-up the "negative equity" that they just created. You could've had a great customer and your salesman could've had a great sale, but Ray obviously didn't want my business. More

He spent over 6 hours with me walking the parking lot, test driving multiple cars and working out the perfect deal that I was happy with.
