Horrible Dealership Horrible! Just horrible! As a first time buyer if i ever had the opportunity to purchase a car I would never want to buy a car again in my entire life Horrible! Just horrible! As a first time buyer if i ever had the opportunity to purchase a car I would never want to buy a car again in my entire life because of this place. The sales people are very pushy. I feel like the dealership played and manipulated the fact that I was a first time buyer. I was sold a dream that the car was cheaper from the range I originally suggested and that it had a clean slate only one owner, but i later find out after purchase it had 2 owners, a car accident and more than a couple recalls. Their was no price tag on the car at all so I could only take the sales persons word on it. The whole time I was asking questions about the car and expressing how uncomfortable I was to make a purchase without my parents who’ve purchased vehicles before but I was told I don’t need them and need to go through with it because I personally did like the car. By the time I signed paperwork I found out the car was way more expensive than my range that I verbally stated. When purchasing the car I was with held information about the car and the return policy (which they told me their isn’t one). Within three days I’ve tried calling to see if i can return the car and that’s when they told me I can’t return the car I can only trade it in they didn’t give me and option to at least exchange it. By the time I went to the dealership they said I could have had the opportunity to exchange it but I’m passed my three days 72 hour period and I asked how when I purchased the car Wednesday and I called and asked you Saturday and they told me they include Wednesday as part of the 72 hours (which technically I’m still within the 72 hours if we’re going to be technical). Then they tried to assure me that my car didn’t have recalls and when they went out to run the vin number and the conversation switched to what they can probably offer me for the car to trade it to get a car more expensive than the car that I already have and with the negative equity I would have been paying 3 if not 4 times the cars amount. They also told me that the bank I’m financed through already has my my loan so their is nothing they can do for me and I need to sort it out with the bank. When I got home I called the bank that the car was financed through the same day they told me they don’t even have my paperwork or information in their system to even look up my information and they told me me that I could cancel the car loan I have 30-45 days to do so. I’ve been calling and calling and been getting the run around of people that can’t help me or aren’t trying to help me and trying to keep me in this horrible situation and telling me the only other option is an even worse situation. This business is full of lies and deceit just to make a sell. I know they wouldn’t even put their mother or their children in this kind of situation so why destroy a life of someone else’s child. It’s been not even a week and I’m stuck with a extremely high car payment , an extremely high insurance, and horrible gas mileage and all this was expressed that I didn’t want ,but me being a first time buyer and young and being pushed into a vehicle and withheld information I was convinced that had a good deal. I only have 4 sheets of paper to reference for the car which says a lot that I’m missing so much information about the car. I would not refer this dealership to anyone. To add they gave me the run around all week until they received the money from the bank for the car loan so i could be stuck. More
