Awesome Service Team I came in for an oil change and the service was top notch at the service desk. I have never seen the professional and friendly people . Usually the service desk at other centers are just wanting to get the info and get you out of the room. Your team talked to me like a friend, showed me where the coffee was and where the waiting are was. Upon completion of the service, they came out and told me the service was complete. I also asked about a a/c service (ball park price on my Jeep Grand Cherokee) I was told, great estimate given. I will be back. I worked with the public as a supervisor before retirement. I would hire them all . They were informed on what what my vehicle needed and were able to answer all my questions. I will be in next month for the A/C service. I give them all a BIG THUMBS UP ! ! You have an Awesome Crew . I also had my Jeep Grand Cherokee serviced several weeks ago. Both vehicles were treated like it was theirs, and I was treated like royalty .. More

Waited all day...No Work Completed at all! None of the work I brought it in for was completed by the end of the day. I dropped my 2500 off at 0830 for and Oil Change, recall, and a couple of sm None of the work I brought it in for was completed by the end of the day. I dropped my 2500 off at 0830 for and Oil Change, recall, and a couple of small warranted issues. I called at 1300 (the time promised) and was told " It was just it was as just coming off the oil change rack and no other items had been completed. It was going to have the recall repaired next. And would be complete by the end of the day." I arrived at 1730 and was floored when was told that NO work had been completed of my truck at all. The only reason I came back to Newnan Peachtree was because the last time I had a similar experience and the promised me a free oil change if I gave them a chance. I told them I would wait for the oil change inside and the oil change was completed at around 1800...but that's it after all day. The safety recall was not addressed, the driver side wiper over travel was not addressed, the did say they checked the rear break pads because they would often smell like they were burning and squealed sometimes, but at this point I am not even sure that was as done. I did request to talk to the service manager. He came out at we discussed what happened. He apologized and said the service advisor should not have told me the status without knowing for sure. But that's not the point....the point is my truck was there all day and NO work was as done on it at all until I showed up and waited for it.
