Larisa Ammons greeted us at the front counter and immediately went to work. We waited in the warm showroom while she pulled several vehicles to the front of the dealership for test drives. While waiting in the dealership, none of the salesman hawked over us. Larisa was patient and knowledgeable about the vehicles. When we decided to move forward, Larisa presented us with an offer sheet that had several estimates based upon different financing options. We were offered a fair value on our trade-in and they offered to roll our underwater equity into the new loan - quite simply, they made it work for our situation. They never said, "No". to any of our requests. We were very impressed by the way Larisa and the sales team handled the entire process. I look forward to buying another car from Newburgh Toyota. I can't say enough nice things about our experience. More
