I also felt that Tom truly exhibited passion for what he does and made sure to show me everything about the specific vehicle I was interested in. He was comical and eased any feelings I had about being taken advantage of. I felt that my personal budget, opinions and questions mattered to Tom and to the managers of Newburgh Toyota. They worked with me and helped find the best deal for what I was looking for. Newburgh Toyota also took the time to investigate a certain student rebate for me and showed that they truly wanted me as a customer because they did not give up helping me obtain not only an amazing vehicle but also a contract within my budget. I originally called the dealership and Kristen was very helpful on the phone and encouraged me to stop by even though the dealership would be closing in just a couple of hours. She spent a generous amount of time researching the various deals and options I had. Everything was perfect, if I had to find anything to improve on, it would be on the cleaning and detailing of the car before it went out ( they didn't vacuum it or clean it very well).
