Little over a year ago I went to the newly located Newburgh Toyota Dealership to start considering what my next vehicle might be. It was such a miserable experience, I decided to never come back. Only because I had a leased Toyota Highlander that had to be turned in, I made a obligatory trip back to that dealership. The experience was night and day. Between Manny Kokakis and Doug, the conversation, the information, the willingness to help, inform, was all done so in a manner that seemed equitable to both sides. It reversed my feelings, changed my decision about leasing with another brand. We leased a 2016 RAV4 Hybrid - and love it. Thank you Manny, thank you Doug. More

From my internet appointment with Meghan Higgins, to the moment I arrived and was How lucky was I to discover the car of my dreams at Newburgh Toyota. From my internet appointment with Meghan Higgins, to the moment I arrived and was greeted by reception, I felt valued and respected. When Meghan paired me with Joe Gonzalez, who also welcomed me warmly, I felt like I hit the jackpot. He was immediately professional and courteously put me at ease, and he graciously pulled the Venza up to the curb - not before he washed it. My road test began with a walk around the vehicle, trunk opened, and features noted. Joe made sure I was comfortably and safely situated in the driver's seat. He showed me on paper the route we would take, and made sure to point out the capabilities and options in the car. We stopped in a parking lot for me to further and safely explore the Venza's turning ratios and braking dynamics. Joe also showed me under the hood, and he pointed out many safety features such as crumple zone front end. 3 days later, the car was detailed and waiting safely in a pick-up bay, and my final purchase experience was the best ever.
