FANTASTIC experience!!! I had been shopping and researching to purchase my 2016 toyota 4-runner limited since the summer of 2015. As i quickly found out.......demand is high I had been shopping and researching to purchase my 2016 toyota 4-runner limited since the summer of 2015. As i quickly found out.......demand is high and stock on hand is LOW.....dealerships are always wanting to sell cars....but never willing to work with buyers. I had to drive outside my immediate area to find the 4-runner i wanted! I first visited Johnstons Toyota and that WAS A NIGHTMARE as soon as i entered the finance office. Lynn (the finance specialist---yeah right) had the nerve to offer me 7% interest rate (in a 2.9 market).....he lowered that to 5.2, then 4.9, the 4.1, then 3.7, then 2.8). He lost me at 7%, With a credit rating of 788 he blew that sale. DO NOT GO TO JOHNSTONS! I immediately drove over to NEWBURG toyota and immediately felt better.....from reception to sales to finance.....they didnt play games. We immediately got down to brass tacks and the bottom line.....they knew it wasnt my first rodeo (and being a female negotiating a price on a car always puts me in a deficit from the very beginning) but not with Newburg. They wanted to sell me a car.....fairly negotiated a price with no back and forth.....didnt try to immediately upsell me on options....etc. I felt like they respected my intelligence and didnt start with the shell game...moving numbers, etc. It was a straight up clear and painless deal. They shopped for the best interest rates, set up my credit union account and insurance....we didnt have to do anything! We signed the papers with a big smile and strong hand shakes. WE WILL CONTINUE TO DO BUSINESS with you.....and we will, without hesitation....send others your way! THANK YOU! its not often that you can walk away from a deal feeling like you didnt get screwed over. Happy Dance!!!!! More
