He was not like the other finance people I dealt with in the past who just told you sign here and that was it. I would tell everyone if they want a stress free car buying experience these are the people to go see. Then I met Seth Robinson from Sales Department who treated me like a friend or a family member not just a customer. He did not put pressure on me but gave my wife and I a space and time to discuss this purchase. This is what I call RESPECT and this respect earned him and the dealership my business. He showed us the different variations (new/certified pre-owned and different models) of the vehicle we were interested in and was very informative about each one. We spent quite a few hours at the dealership and never felt rushed or pushed to buy one vehicle over another. The price we paid for the vehicle was fair (of course every buyer wants the lowest)....Seth was very realistic when negotiating the financial aspect of the purchase and again was very informative. The process as a whole was great! We would absolutely return to Newburgh Toyota and definitely recommend Seth. More
