Jeanine and the rest of the service staff have always been very knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. Our Sienna has 110,000 miles on it. Won't take my Toyotas anyplace else for service. Always nice, easy to make appointment online I like that expenses are upfront, and they recommended stuff for the next time. Great so I can be aware of upcoming charges. 70,000 mile maintenance I went in for normal maintenance and a couple of concerns as well. One concern was this HORRIBLE odor from the air conditioning vents that I've compl I went in for normal maintenance and a couple of concerns as well. One concern was this HORRIBLE odor from the air conditioning vents that I've complained about for a few years now. No one, and I literally mean no one, has EVER given me an explanation for the odor. I was always brushed off and told, "We'll look into it." I consistently left there being angry and disappointed because the odor remained. Jeanine however, knew right away what was the cause and explained how to do something simple to avoid the odor in the future. It's AMAZING how the simple act of "listening" can make the customer happy. My other concern was about my tire tread. My tires constantly squealed, and I was curious if it was necessary to replace the tires. Jeanine had me follow her out to my car to witness her using a tire tread depth gauge. Another simple act of showing the customer that you truly are listening. I appreciated the gesture of being able to witness that instead of just being told, "we'll look into that." For the first time since purchasing my car, I actually left the dealership with a smile on my face. Thank you Jeanine! For giving me hope that GREAT customer service is still possible to receive. The only disappointment I had during this visit is the condition of my car when it was returned to me. It was a rainy day and the floor mats were all muddy. The Toyota service department from the dealership I purchased my car at used car seats covers and floor mats. Why doesn't this Toyota service department do the same? Especially since the weather was not favorable. Was NOT happy to have to spend additional funds elsewhere to have my floor mats cleaned because of someone else's mess. More
