Salesman Nick Erlinger was friendly, patient and available whenever I had questions. I never felt pushed or hurried. Terry Grider got us through the endless paperwork for financing, stopping to answering every question, yet moving quickly and efficiently through the process. Another reason we love Newbold is the service department. Manny Gutierrez is probably the main reason we continue to be Toyota fans. I have worked with Manny before he came to Newbold and whatever he recommends I follow. When Manny said it was time to retire the old Sienna ( a great vehicle), I immediately headed to Newbold to see what they had. More
