Mark was always friendly, patient and gave us the straight facts. We wound up purchasing a 2015 used Sienna. Mark took the time to go over all the "technical" workings of the dash and how to program our garage door opener, etc. Overall a wonderful experience. Terry Grider got us through the endless paperwork for financing, stopping to answering every question, yet moving quickly and efficiently through the process. Another reason we love Newbold is the service department. Manny Gutierrez is probably the main reason we continue to be Toyota fans. I have worked with Manny before he came to Newbold and whatever he recommends I follow.
