NEEDS IMPROVEMENT I wasn’t greeted when I went in for service. I was the only customer in line with three reps at the desk and still waited for 3 mins to be seen. Toyota said Sienna needed break job at 5,000 total miles???? I took my car in for its first checkup. After inspecting, the agent told me that there was a problem with my car. He said my car needed a break job co I took my car in for its first checkup. After inspecting, the agent told me that there was a problem with my car. He said my car needed a break job costing $293.00. I told him my car was brand new with only 5000 miles on it. The agent then said that maybe he had it confused with another vehicle. He would go check. About 5 minutes later he came back and said my car was ready. It didn't need a break job, they did have it confused with another vehicle. I wonder???? More

Brian did a walk around and texted photos of the vehicle to me. I put a deposit on the vehicle and picked it up 2/3 days later. The vehicle was basically flawless and exactly as advertised.
