Repeat visit for same issue not documented This was my second visit for the same issue. I’m told that the problem is not able to be reproduced during test drive and is just what this car does. This was my second visit for the same issue. I’m told that the problem is not able to be reproduced during test drive and is just what this car does. (A couple of obvious shifts when i coast (feels like brakes dragging or transmission issue and doesn’t feel normal and not all the time but told it is normal engine dragging). Neither time was my complaint put on the service ticket so that if at some point the issue becomes bigger I have nothing to say that I started notifying them of the problem back at 5000 miles. I never got a welcome from anyone in service department either time I went BUT they WERE cordial and polite just not friendly or welcoming like I see in other reviews (2 bad days perhaps?).
