However this was the first time we have ever leased a car, and we were not informed about all of the potential costs (Gap insurance etc.) until after we had negotiated a lease price. We believe those things should be discussed upfront. Also we do not believe Newbold is very loyal to previous customers in the price negotiations of a lease and or purchase of a new vehicle. More

Great price on new tires I needed new tires and found that Toyota's "buy 3 and get 4th for a dollar" was the best deal I could get anywhere. You don't think she is trying to push something you don't need; and if they are having some problems with your car, she lets you know right away. More
