An Exceptional Experience With Newbold Toyota I was very pleased with the exceptional service received on yesterday (10/22/2018) due to an emergency situation that came up in regards to my car. I I was very pleased with the exceptional service received on yesterday (10/22/2018) due to an emergency situation that came up in regards to my car. I needed a new tire and inspection on my car from driving over something in the street and pierced my tire on Saturday night (10/20/2018). Due to that, I ended up with having a flat tire. I was looking into other options on what to do. Then my cousin recommended that I take the car to the dealership; especially with being a new car, leave the keys in the complaint envelope and drop in over night drop box. I did that on Sunday night. On Monday morning, I called before the Service Department before it opened up for business. Then a little after the department opened, I received a call from Kim and she informed me that my car was checked in. I received another call due to the price was over my estimate cost once my car was checked out. The next call was that my car was completed with the new tire and everything else was alright underneath the car. I was very "happy" that my car was serviced without any long delays. I now have my named car "April Rose" back. (2018 Toyota Avalon) I also received great service at the check out counter too. :) Thank You.... Thank You.... Thank You.... :) More
