This was the fourth Toyota I've purchased from Newbold, and, as always, I had an Outstanding experience. The salesman for all four purchases was Mark Wakeford. Mark was (is) very knowledgeable, friendly, and easy to deal with. His walk through during delivery was thorough and covered the differences between the Highlander I traded in and the new Highlander. Completing the paperwork to purchase the new vehicle was the quickest and easiest I've ever experienced thanks to Mark and Robert Kavran - in and out of the office in less than 1 hour. More

New 4 Runner Purchase 1.21.2019 I recently bought a 4 Runner from Newbold, in June 2018. I had it up until last Saturday when the nasty weather put me in a ditch and the truck was to I recently bought a 4 Runner from Newbold, in June 2018. I had it up until last Saturday when the nasty weather put me in a ditch and the truck was totaled. During the time I had my prior 4 Runner, which I purchased from Newbold, I was at the dealer on three ocassions for service. From the purchase experience, the follow up from the sales team, communications from Toyota, and my service experiences, there was no hesitation at all to buy my new 4 Runner from Newbold. Again, the experience was a good as the last time. I would even say a little better since the sales team had to do a dealer trade to get exactly what I wanted. There were no questions asked and they had my new truck on the lot the same day. I have to give huge compliments to Josh Roseke. I started talking with him late last week about what I was looking for he did great research and gave me several options. When it came to buying yesterday and I decided on a different color combination than what they had, he didn't hesitate at all to go find what I was looking for and make the arrangements.
