As usual, we are happy with Newbolt Toyota service center My husband had a tire blow out on the highway. Fortunately, we have the Toyota tire protection plan. When he returned home he called to make an appointment to have the tire replaced. He talked with Janine several times and she was very helpful. The service center mechanics replaced the new tire and calibrated the sensor. The spare tire was replaced in the under car carrier. Everything ran smoothly. More

I was a little disappointed on the attention to detail on the Gold Detail Service Newbold provided. I've had Newbold perform it before and that's why I wanted them to do it again. With that said, I would have expected them not to leave water marks on mirrors especially my rear view mirror, I would have expected them to clean my center console between the seats (didn't even touch this area), the gear shifter area (didn't even touch this area), the door grip area you use to close the door, and the gas cap area (the black rubber area), inside the door jam areas (i.e. when you open and close the doors). I'm was happy with the wax and buffing job performed. I called them and they did say they would fix it. Just haven't had the time to go back in yet. More

The 2014 toyota camry I test drove wasnt fit to be on the road. They are shady. I was walking away and all of the sudden the nicer camry was available. My parents leased 2 cars then purchased 1 and leased a new rav4 and I bought a used camry and 2 mos. in bad battery wont give me a new one. Its called customer service I wont be back. Thanks for continuing to prove all dealers suck including Newbold Toyota! More

Camry Service/oil change Jeanie was my service writer and took great care of me and my Camry. She was able to get me in for service on very short notice within my time frame I Jeanie was my service writer and took great care of me and my Camry. She was able to get me in for service on very short notice within my time frame I requested. She ever reminded me of a credit I had at dealership! My only issue was with the tech who serviced my car. As it was stated on paperwork tire PSI was 35 on all 4, the sensors were reading 33 PSI Front and 31 PSI rear. So I did check them when I got home, yes they were low. I do believe he Rotated the but did not check pressures, if he did he need to get gauge calibrated! 5 gold stars for Jeannie, 1 star for tech for getting my lug nuts tight. More
