Horrible service First off, it seemed no one really wanted to be there. Tried to sell me to tires that had "nails" in them. One in each rear tire. Both unrepairable. First off, it seemed no one really wanted to be there. Tried to sell me to tires that had "nails" in them. One in each rear tire. Both unrepairable. Took it to a local shop, was able to fix the ONE tire that had a nail in it. The other did not have a nail. Newbold said nothing about my front tires, which were worse off then the rears BY FAR. I will never go back to Newbold, I bought the car there, but the best dealer is Ackerman Toyota. More

Straight forward and honest I live two hours away and they had the best deal on a 2019 Tacoma.
