Much better than the other visits The only problem i have dealt with is my tires always having different amount of air I tell them 32 and they are always different. It is important to me. Every time i leave i check my tires before i leave. The only other thing i do not care for is pressure from Service people to get this done and that done when i have had it checked at other places and was told you are good. My wife who bought a new Highlander from you and also uses your service department told me to see Shawn and that solved the problem. No pressure and i had the radiator coolant changed and the Transmission fluid changed and the oil and rotation etc. I told him next time i will have this done and that and what you recommend. First time i used him and i trust him. TRUST IS MORE IMPORTANT THAN MAKING A BUCK. I feel you do better by no pressure and being a bit more honest. Hope you understand my point. Good experience I brought my Prius in for routine maintenance. I was assisted by Shawn. He was straight forward and explained what was scheduled based on the mileage.
