A little annoyed with service. Made an appointment for some recall work. Arrived for my appointment and was informed that there wasn't a technician on duty that could perform the wo Made an appointment for some recall work. Arrived for my appointment and was informed that there wasn't a technician on duty that could perform the work and they rescheduled my appointment. I arrived at the next appointment for the same work and was asked if parts were ordered. I also asked to add additional service for my vehicle. I left my vehicle all day from 9am to 4pm. When I arrived at 4, my vehicle was done. Recall work wasn't finished because I was told parts had to be ordered, and the service I had to pay for was done. Would have been nice to get a phone call before I showed up to tell me it can't be done instead of making my come up there multiple times to have 1 thing done. That's pretty poor service. I don't remember everyone else but Jeanine Johnston was very helpful. More
