I had prepared myself thoroughly for the car buying process reading as many articles and books as I could on how to get the best price on a vehicle. I then began making the process way to hard on myself by setting up appointments with just about every dealer in the St. Louis metro area. Being that it was the closest Toyota dealership to my home, I went to Newbold. I was greeted kindly by all members of the Newbold Team and began talking to Robert about my wants and needs. After following directions of all the books and walking out on the deal, I made my rounds over the next couple of days to all the dealerships. Looking back, I should have never left Newbold. I received a great offer from another dealership but did not feel comfortable with the pressure I was getting and the stipulations of the agreement. I ended up back at Newbold where Robert spent more than an hour trying to find exactly what I wanted. I never, at anytime throughout the process, felt pressured to buy, settle, or that Robert was getting tired of all of my questions and haggling on price. His patience and honesty is what earned our business for years to come. I ended up with a vehicle that has all of my wants and needs, and no unnecessary options I had to pay for. My recommentdation - go to Newbold (ask for Robert), Tell him what you want and what you can afford to do and take comfort that you are talking to the best dealership in the St Louis area - trust me I have been to them all. I have been buying cars for 20+ years and for the past 12 I have been buying Toyota Highlanders. My experience on buying my most recent Highlander by far was the best. First was our salesman, Robert Kavran, a total professional who is a master at customer service and has great knowledge of the product he is selling. At no time did he use pressure methods or make my wife and I feel like our many questions were a bother. If you want to buy a Toyota, then you should ask for Robert Kavran, he is 100% the best. If having a great sales person was not enough, the experience with our finance person was the icing on the cake. Tony Hopkins took the time to ensure every detail was correct and made sure we had all the information needed to make the best possible choices that exceeded our expectations. Robert and Tony is a winning combination. So, if you have had bad experiences in buying cars (and I have had bad ones in the past), go see these fine gentlemen and start living the good life. Thanks Robert and Tony for making my move to Illinos an outstanding start with your amazing customer satisfaction skills. More

I went in to the dealership just wanting to test drive a Camry and compare it with two other cars. There were plenty of different Camry's to view and see differences in the options. I recently worked with Mark Denison on the purchase of my new Camry. Between me and my family we had purchased five vehicles from Newbold, dating back to when they were located in Belleville, IL. My last visit to them was anything but productive or enjoyable. As a matter of fact, I went away from Toyota altogether. But I did eventually come back. Mark did a great job of working WITH me to find what I was wanting and needing. Honestly if it was not for him, I am not 100% sure I would have been back in the Toyota family. I'm glad I am. Tony was also a pleasure to work with. I never felt pressured nor did either one try to push anything on me that I didn't need. That is a great feeling and my ratings reflect their efforts. More

I went in to this dealership wanting to order a new car. I was told I would have to pay a $2000 deposit and would have to pay $1000 over sticker price for the car. The sales person did not really acted like they would rather sell me a car off the lot rather then just ordering me the one I wanted. I called a few other dealerships in the St Louis area and they sounded very happy to take my order. They all told me they have a $500 deposit and will charge me $0 over the sticker price. There are many dealers to choose from in our area and I suggest you check around before buying from this one. More
