Allyson, I am sorry to hear about the issues you had at delivery. We try and make the paper signing process as quick as possible. Everyone is exited about getting their new car and the last thing they want to do is sit in an office doing paperwork. It was not our intention to rush you through the process. I will have the General Manager reach out to you to address your questions and help you further. As for the car wash situation, both Sony and Paula were right. We do wash your vehicle every time you are in for service, weather permitting. We also take your vehicle through the car wash whenever you stop by to have it done.
