I have never had a problem with anyone at Newbold Toyota in O'fallon, Il. from the receptionist to the service department. Everyone is very friendly and ready to be at your service. Nick was a pleasure to work with! He was concious of the monthly spending limit I wanted to stick to and he worked to meet my needs in a comuter car and family sedan. I really liked how Nick synced our iph monthly spending limit I wanted to stick to and he worked to meet my needs in a comuter car and family sedan. I really liked how Nick synced our iphones to the new car and showed us how to use the features. My wife and I will definitely be returning to Newbold Toyota and seeing Nick about a Sienna minivan in 8-12 months! More

My wife and I had an unusual experience in that we had planned to trade-in two vehicles for one new 2013 Toyota Venza. However, after a day or two of thought we decided to re-purchase one of the cars we h planned to trade-in two vehicles for one new 2013 Toyota Venza. However, after a day or two of thought we decided to re-purchase one of the cars we had traded. This required a lot of contact with Nick, Sonny, and Matt. We were treated with great respect and consideration. They answered all questions and told us to come by or call anytime we had questions regarding this very technical vehicle. When trading cars, a customer is "at the mercy" of salespersons. My wife and I are not "hagglers"--we put our trust in the honesty and integrity of our salepersons. If they cheat us---they must live with that. We had no question about our sales people.This is the second vehicle we have purchased from Nick. We were pleased with the way we were treated the first time so we did not hesitate to return. We love our new car. More
I had been looking for a Tacoma for quite a while and it was difficult to find the color and options that I wanted. My wife and I went to Newbold where we met Paula. I told her what I was looking for and they did not have the exact one that I was looking for on the lot. Paula took the time to find a Tacoma that had the color/options that I wanted (was skeptical about buying a vehicle sight unseen, but Paula made it happen without any issues). A week later I have the Tacoma that I wanted, Thanks Paula!! We also worked with Jeff on our financing, took less than 10 minutes to sign all the papers. Great experience! More
I was looking for a new vehicle and found one I liked at this dealership. I went to look and test drive a vehicle over the weekend and met Ron, who was friendly and helpful in giving a lot of good informat this dealership. The used-care salesman, Josh, said he was very interested in my trade-in and would offer "a premium" for the car. After getting some quotes on the vehicle, I returned to this dealership to try to find a fair purchase price for the new car and fair value for my trade-in. Working with a price for the new car with Ron was very reasonable. However, after inspection of my trade-in, Josh dropped by to briefly inform me that he found "flaws" and "repairs needed" for my trade-in, although there was no mention of ANY of these issues during my multipoint inspection when I took my car for servicing within the previous week. Josh left and Ron returned with an offer for my trade-in. Needless to say, the "premium" price that I was informed I would be offered fell about $1500 short of the Kelly Blue Book value. Ron was kind enough to continue working with me as I tried to come to closer to agreement of a fair trade-in price. I responded to Ron with a price that I felt was a little more fair. Ron left for a moment and then returned with a manager (I believe. Not sure of his name, he very briefly introduced himself). He plopped the key of my car down on the table and said they weren't willing to work with me anymore. He said that Josh told him that I "wasn't serious about purchasing a car, anyway" (although Josh had only spoken with me for about 30 seconds). I left feeling I had been tried to have been taken advantage of with a poor trade-in offer and also a little bit jaded with how I was treated at the end. Within a couple days after this disappointing experience, I was able to purchase the same vehicle at another St. Louis Toyota dealership for about $500 less and received about $1500 more for my trade-in (which happened to have no "flaws or repairs needed" after being inspected by the other dealership's used car staff.......Maybe Josh has higher standards???). I'm very happy I was able to give my business to a more fair and deserving dealership. Apparently I must've been a little more serious about purchasing a new car after all. Their loss was certainly another dealership's gain. More
Nick was very prompt in his follow up and went above and beyond my expectations. The car was a surprise for my wife, which she love, and he even went out of his way to make his voicemails sound like they w beyond my expectations. That is the reason why I would recommend Nick and Newbold. In addition, Matt Mohan was extremely helpful in getting the loan and sale documented. Because I was on a tight timeframe (45 minutes), they tag teamed the opportunity and I was extremely appreciative of that effort. More
