Price may be expensive, but they will somehow will match up the price that you deserve it. Just have to keep arguing about it. We were there in the afternoon and test drove two cars. It was burning hot out up the price that you deserve it. Just have to keep arguing about it. We were there in the afternoon and test drove two cars. It was burning hot out there, Mike offered cold water and later when the deal was done after 4-5 hours he also mentioned to get a "Starbucks coffee". Overall fun to be there, very friendly and understanding. More

My husband and I went in to Newbold Toyota looking for a used Prius, and we found exactly what we wanted! When it came to financing the folks at Newbold were a little concerned since it had higher miles tha used Prius, and we found exactly what we wanted! When it came to financing the folks at Newbold were a little concerned since it had higher miles that we would qualify for financing (hard to do with a car over 150k miles) but they worked some of their magic and the following day we received the good news from Paula. She was great to work with and very considerate, we have a 1.5 year old daughter, so getting the best customer service can be rare for us when she's running around being crazy. They definitely delivered it at Newbold. I love the new car and couldn't be happier, we will absolutely return in the future! More
My wife and I went to the dealership to have a Toyota experience. We've never purchased a Toyota before. Unable to find actual comparisons online as to what dealerships are parting with the vehicle for experience. We've never purchased a Toyota before. Unable to find actual comparisons online as to what dealerships are parting with the vehicle for (besides MSRP) I had to cross reference across the country. After the test drive process and when it came down to negotations I made an inquery as to whether a certain price was around what dealerships were parting their Toyota's across country. The price was based off what was available through autotrader. So after a bit of mental sparring Mr. Page took the paper to his supervisor they had a good laugh at it and then he promptly returned with it with what they're going to ask for it. I don't care how good business is that "Appeared" to be a very disrespectful display not just in front of me, but to my wife. Which is fine, I took my business elsewhere and purchased a Honda. Thanks. More

I would strongly recommend NOT working with this salesperson. I cannot rate the quality of the dealership as a whole, but this salesperson was not at all accommodating of me and my husband in our p salesperson. I cannot rate the quality of the dealership as a whole, but this salesperson was not at all accommodating of me and my husband in our purchasing experience. When going in for a test drive, I had let them know that my work schedule is extremely hectic especially since my husband and I commute 3 hours roundtrip to work during the weekdays (we leave at 7am and return at 8pm exhausted), and I occasionally have to go in to work on the weekends as well. Several days after the test drive, Ron had emailed us to check-in on our decision. We had made the decision that this was the car was wanted to purchase, and therefore responded to Ron's email that we would like to move forward with a purchase and even gave him a price offer. He responded without any interest in discussing pricing with me and just kept saying that we need to "come in" so that we can talk about it with a manager. That very weekend happened to be a saturday that I needed to go to work and therefore was not able to come in. When I let him know this, his response was again "come in." While we had discussed plans to come into the dealership a following weekend, we were so frustrated that he was not willing to work with us at all unless we were physically at dealership, we finally decided that in the meantime we would contact a second dealership in St. Louis (not as convenient, as we live locally in the O'Fallon area) to see if we can make a purchase happen sooner. With the second dealership, we negotiated a deal within 2 phone/email exchanges and within a matter of one day without me having to work out a schedule between me and my husband to physically step into their dealership. If it had not been for Ron not being willing to accommodate our schedule from the beginning, we wouldn't even need to think about contacting another dealership. Ron's response to our email about another offer we received already? "Come in." I understand that dealerships like to get customers to come in so that they can wrangle them into a purchase. Sales consultants and dealerships also want to get the best deal possible, it is after all a business and they need to make money. But from a business standpoint, you should also be willing to accommodate customers' schedules and needs as well for a purchase. Otherwise, they go elsewhere. Note that I did not post a pricing because we weren't even given a pricing offer to my initial offer! By the way, Lou Fusz was the amazing dealership that worked with us and was extremely responsive and courteous. The experience between the two dealerships are incomparable! We will definitely be sending our friends and family there than to Newbold. They have lost our current and future business. And that includes a BMW purchase that we are interested in doing sometime in the next year. More
