My wife and I purchased a new Avalon with Robert Kavran's assistance. Robert was friendly, professional and informative. Ultimately he found our new Avalon, offered us a fair price on our trade-in vehicle and seamlessly closed our deal. Next, Robert gave us a tour of the Newbold facility including the maintenance service desk where he scheduled our new car for its first appointment. Finally, with a hand shake and offer for any future assistance from Robert, we were on our way with our new Avalon and new association with Newbold Toyota Scion...Dan & Pat N. We recently purchased a new 2013 Sienna SE from Newbold Toyota. We had tried them in the past but had not found them willing to negotiate as much as other dealers. We met our salesperson Paula Louis on our first visit to the showroom. She said they would do everything they could to match or beat their competitors. We were skeptical but decided to give them a try once again. We were pleasantly surprised when they gave us the best price we could find and gave us top dollar for our trade. I would recommend Newbold to anyone and suggest that even if they are not the best deal initially, bring them your best quote and see what they can do. We were very indecisive as to the exact options and colors we wanted but they were very patient with us. They also worked very hard to locate our vehicle since they did not have the specific one we wanted on their lot. It was nice to have them actually locate what we really wanted as opposed to trying to push one of their in stock cars. Despite our aggressive bargaining tactics we were treated as valued customers and we will definitely use them in the future! More

For 3 and half years I have be trying to get my 2009 Toyota Avalon fixed, I have brought my vehicle into this service dept. to only be dissatisfied. My 2009 Avalon has been pulling to the left since I Toyota Avalon fixed, I have brought my vehicle into this service dept. to only be dissatisfied. My 2009 Avalon has been pulling to the left since I bought the vehicle. The last time I brought my vehicle in to the service dept. I was dealing with Chris Newbold, the service manager.I dropped my car off on a Wednesday afternoon.Thursday evening I was given a phone call that my car was done. I asked what did they found. There response was they put different tires on it. When I came in the next day to take a test drive with Chris,I noticed immediately that the car was not fixed,I was mad and asked chris what kind of a freaking service manager would call me and tell me that my car was fixed.I then drove chris and I back to the dealership.I said don't call me again until my car is fixed,Around 3 hrs later i get a call from steve steigman the general manager demanding that I bring the rental car back.where has this general manager been for the past 3 and half years,I told Steve that I wanted my car fixed.I told him that it was a safety hazard to have my family driving a vehicle that pulls to on coming traffic.I told him when i got done at the doctor's i would be by to take a test drive.When I arrived at the dealer ship I was boxed in and was greeted by the police and was not given a test drive with steve.I was told by steve that my car needed new tires on it.I was then escorted off the dealership by the police,and taken out of the rental.I was told that my car was safe to drive.I bought new tires at Dobbs and that was not the problem.I then was told that I WAS NOT WANTED BACK AS A CUSTOMER,I then took my vehicle over to weiss toyota on tesson ferry rd,There I was given a rental until they fixed my car,It took them five days to find that the car had a bad rack and pinion which was replaced,I was told that the rack and pinion was leaking on the left side. I guess that is not a safety issue. More

I had previously been looking at a car at another Toyota dealership and was treated not so great by their finance employee. I decided to go to Newbold Toyota and am very happy that I did. Zach, the sales pe dealership and was treated not so great by their finance employee. I decided to go to Newbold Toyota and am very happy that I did. Zach, the sales person, was very courteous and respectful; not to mention extremely knowledgeable about the car I was interested in. Newbold's finance dept did great also. I have less than perfect credit and they were able to get me financing with terms that I am comfortable with. I would HIGHLY recommend Newbold Toyota to anyone looking for a new or used car. They made my car buying experience as fast and painless as possible. I've owned my 2011 Toyota Camry for two days now and absolutely love it! More
