All experiences have been great. Mark Wakeford, our sales associate for all our vehicle purchases has gone out of his way to help. He is very friendly, and quite knowledgeable. On one of our purchases, he even delivered the vehicle to us 50 miles away. We cannot thank him and all of the Newbold auto family enough. Great work Newbold, keep it up. More
While searching True Car, it led me to Newbold as the best price for the vehicle I was looking at. This also eliminated the need to haggle over purchase price of the vehicle, which I think was very favo best price for the vehicle I was looking at. He communicated via various formats which was very nice as I wasn't always able to get a phone or be on the lot. There was a slight hiccup in the process when I went to sign the papers, as Robert was out and some communication got lost in translation. This is where George, along with the sales manager, worked together to remedy the situation to the best of their abilities and earned my business. George was calm and understanding as we discussed options of the deal and I ended up driving out happy with my purchase of the Toyota Camry. I followed up with Newbold's general manager about my concern with miscommunication. He replied and addressed my concerns in a rapid, honest, and professional manner. I can attest that this dealership strives to do business the right way, provides quality and attentive service, and does care about the customer. I would encourage you to definitely check out this dealership if you are in the market for a Toyota! More

I was reading reviews, comparing price to quality and etc. For some reason Toyota was not on my list. Well, it appeared on my list at midnight, prior to going to the different dealerships to actually look closely and do the drive test. It just happened that Toyota was the first dealership we went to, and me and my husband both fell in love with the same car (4Runner) and Robert The sales Representative was friendly, knowledgeable about the car and different features without being pushy and most important to us not annoying! Conversation was easy, no pressure. He answered all of our questions even stupid/silly that men have too, but to embarrassed to ask, but I wasn't. We were in love with the car...So, what would normal people do? Nope, we've left, went to the other dealerships. I am trying to make my story short, different cars, different prices, keep in mind we didn't want to go over price that we had agreed to earlier, but we still want all the features possible and best quality for the money. It's like you have this thing in your head: you like this car very much, everything except...for the price. Or there is very affordable (cheap) car, but in your scariest dream you would be cut dead driving it. Ok back to my story. From one dealership we couldn't escape fast enough. I had feelings they will eat us alive. Don't get me wrong, they were nice. So and so. We were back to Toyota. Now we(I) are happy owners of Toyota 4 Runner, gorgeous black. The finance guy was ok (sharp suit even better), as I work in customer service too, i know you have to yap loud and with big smile not necessary on the subject. Even with great credit score, we didn't get best finance. We got it our self next day after we called a bank or two. Overall, great no hassle experience. Lots of valuable information. I would recommend it to anyone who is searching for a new car. And I would tell people/my friends wait for Robert if he is busy. More
I had to return several times to dealership addressing issues with the car which should've been addressed prior to me picking up the car, ghastly. These issues were discussed when I test drove the car. When I picked the car up a red system check light was on, back tinted window was torn and white residue was on the rubber inside all the doors. I was reminded how many other customers were waiting which made me feel like my issues were not important. I had to bring to finance attention he never asked for the car key or title to my trade in. I never received a copy of the warranty. The salemen did not appear very accommodating but very insensitive and arrogrant. Never again. More
