Initially my mother worked with Josh to narrow down my options. By the time I saw the car they agreed upon I was instantly in love! The car was perfect! Between speaking with Josh about the features of the car, warranty packages and doing an extended test drive I was becoming more and more sold. Finally, the way the financing manager discussed my financing options and the service team cleaned up the car was the perfect ending to a comfortable, enjoyable car buying experience. I wanted to take the vehicle for some extended tests, so I could go load up the kids and do some running around.....a true test drive. He had them gassed up and ready to go, no hassle no paperwork. Even when he wasn't immediately available, or actually working that day, he made sure I was taken care of and ran down the car I was looking for, I'm sure I got a reliable car, but I'll be back when the time is right! i would recommend Sonny at Newbold Toyota in O'Fallon IL. Awesome! Do I need to say anymore? Sonny was awesome to deal with. I was in the market for a new Tundra. I had previously placed a deposit for one at a dealer closer to me, and had been Sonny was awesome to deal with. I was in the market for a new Tundra. I had previously placed a deposit for one at a dealer closer to me, and had been waiting for several months. A friend referred me to Sonny, after such disappointment with the previous dealer. I found a Tundra at Newbold online, and called Sonny to make an appointment to see the truck. Sonny was off the day I was available to view the truck, but he showed up to work to meet me anyway. He had the truck out front ready for me to view, and test drive. I didn't even have to walk into the show room. He met me in the parking lot with the keys in hand. Didn't ask for any physical information. He showed the truck, and handed me the keys. He said go for a test drive, and I'll see you when you get back. Now that's service! Very little haggling, and no pressure sales. The transaction consisted of completing my trade, and purchase of the new Tundra. I was out within a couple of hours. Financing, and all. While finishing the paperwork, I also called the previous dealer demanding a refund of my deposit. I picked up my deposit that day on the way home in my new truck. 2015 Special Order Sienna....Price right....Service outspend Being the parents of 5 children ranging from 18 to 4 we had no time to car shop in person. The week my vechile was due to arrive, we had a death in the family. I was concerned they would sell it and we would need to start over (which would have been ok), but I was assured to not worry...it would be there waiting for me after we buried a parent out of state. Upon returning , as many families are we were short on time at the t me of pick up. They had out paperwork ready, and a team of associates waiting to help us get it done and the vechile "checked out" or explain to me. I HIGHLY RECOMEND NEWBOLD TOYOTA. We continue to love our Sienna, the kids love their sun roof. The extra light does exactly what I had hoped for...making it not so "cavy". Car buying done right. We went online and did a little research for a late model used car. The car we were initially interested in wasn't available the day we were shopping We went online and did a little research for a late model used car. The car we were initially interested in wasn't available the day we were shopping due to it being recently received by the dealership and being out for detailing. We went by anyway because we wanted to drive a late model Camry and our salesman, Sonny was happy to let us drive a couple that were similarly equipped and priced as the one we saw online. We decided to buy an XLE Camry with low mileage, agreed on a price and we are very happy with the car and the buying experience. We visited other dealerships this same day, looked at and drove other cars and although most of the sales staff we dealt with were helpful and courteous we think the service we received at Newbold and from Sonny exceeded our expectations.
